Terms and Conditions of the EuroComp Online Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. The EuroComp online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is operated by Thomas Mincewicz, located at Jules Moretuslei 199/1, 2610 Antwerpen, and registered under number BTW BE 0770.409.830

1.2. These terms and conditions determine the rules for using the services offered by the Store, as well as the rights and obligations of Store customers.

2. Placing an Order

2.1. Orders can be placed using the order form available on the Store's website.

2.2. By filling out the order form, the Customer commits to providing accurate and up-to-date contact information and delivery details.

2.3. After placing an order, the Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order at the email address specified in the order form.

3. Delivery

3.1. The Store strives to deliver ordered products in a timely manner and in an undamaged condition.

3.2. The cost and delivery time will be specified during the ordering process.

3.3. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the delivered products and report any damage within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

4. Payments

4.1. The Store offers various payment methods, which will be available during the ordering process.

4.2. The Customer must settle the payment within the period specified in the order.

5. Returns and Complaints

5.1. The Customer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days after receiving the order in accordance with applicable law.

5.2. Complaints regarding defects in products or deviations from the order should be reported as soon as possible after discovery.

6. Repair and Pickup Deadlines

6.1. The store commits to accurately diagnose and repair the equipment as quickly as possible. An estimated repair date will be provided to the customer at the time of submitting the equipment for service.

6.2. The customer commits to picking up the repaired equipment within 30 days from the date of the notification of repair completion. If the customer does not pick up the equipment within this timeframe, the store reserves the right to charge interest for storing the equipment at a rate of 1% of the equipment's value for each day of delay.

6.3. After 90 days from the date of the notification of repair completion, the store reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed equipment in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

7. Rules Regarding Deposits for Goods and the Deadline

7.1. The customer may make a deposit for goods to confirm the purchase. The maximum waiting period after receiving the deposit is 3 weeks. After this period, the full amount must be paid, otherwise interest charges will apply at a rate of 12% per annum.

7.2. If the customer does not pay the full amount within 3 weeks of receiving the deposit, the store reserves the right to charge interest for delays at a rate of 12% per annum.

8. Protection of Personal Data

8.1. The Store processes Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Details about the processing of personal data can be found in the Store's Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These terms and conditions may be amended by the Store, and changes take effect upon publication on the Store's website.

9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Store's services will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
